LiteMail / eVerify

Among the products offered by Sprika Software are a pair of tools focused on E-mail marketing: LiteMail, and eVerify.

- LiteMail allows you to customize your outgoing E-mail with as many fields as you want. It allows you to import data from several formats including Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel etc. You can export to various formats too. LiteMail can send Plain Text, HTML as well as multipart messages (Plain Text and HTML in the same message).

It includes a context-sensitive, WYSIWYG HTML message editor. You can also send messages in HTML format and apply the very same customizations to them. Any local images used in the HTML message can also be embedded so that your recipients get the entire message.

LiteMail comes with a built in mail server for multi-threaded delivery and instant delivery status information. But if you prefer you can still opt to use your ISP's SMTP mail server.

LiteMail can process incoming subscription and unsubscription requests as well as bounced messages from your POP3 server.

- eVerify can be used to verify E-mail addresses in your mailing lists or database fields. eVerify does not actually send any messages to the E-mail address to be validated, but only connects to the server to check whether the E-mail address exists or not.

The program can import addresses from various file types, as well as the Windows Address Book (WAB) and any ODBC data source. It includes a query wizard that allows for importing from ODBC without the need to know SQL.

Once the list is loaded, you can choose to check all or selected entries and the results are color coded in the display. eVerify offers rules that let you customize the way certain responses from the mail server are handled. You can also use rules to validate the syntax of E-mail addresses and automatically mark E-mail as invalid that match specified criteria.

Additional features include scheduled validation, database updates via ODBC, selective logging, Socks5 proxy support and more.
