Accommodation Bulk Emailer

The Accommodation Bulk Emailer allows for client management and bulk E-mailing. You can setup the application to use your SMTP server and default from address. It supports multiple attachments. You can setup your E-mail details, which are by default set to your initial setup information.

Other features include:

- Add or filter your recipients from the contact list

- Personalize the E-mail for each recipient by adding E-mail parameters. The current mail merge parameters supported are Full Name, Date and Time

- E-mail send status shows you the current status for each recipient

The vendor states that Accommodation Bulk Emailer was originally envisioned for use within the accommodation industry and is a watered down version of a larger Accommodation management system developed in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. Future expected upgrades for Accommodation Bulk Emailer include: HTML E-mail templating, more comprehensive contact list information, conversion to PDF and more.
