Live Chat Software for Web Customer Service

LIVECHAT Contact Center is a customer service tool; via a chat button placed on the Web site, visitors can receive access to live chat with customer service representatives or sales support without installing any software.

Agent functionalities include personal and automated chat invitation, Web traffic monitoring and visitor information page.

The application includes search engine icons to recognize the referring Web site, the ability to set up link shortcuts and canned answers, and also allows transferring the customer between different agents without losing chat history.

Other features include:

- Allows multiple conversations at the same time

- Track chat conversion in Google Analytics

- Calendar with Google Calendar and MS Outlook synchronization and departments/rights management

- Shared chat history

- Allows agent to take over the customer's desktop if he/she agrees to it

- Data transmission is processed with SSL
