InspIRCd

InspIRCd is a written from scratch, modular C++ IRCd (IRC daemon) for Linux, BSD, Windows and Apple OS X systems.

InspIRCd provides a number of features in the form of modules through the use of a module API. It is designed primarily to be a custom IRCd for the ChatSpike IRC network; however, The vendor is releasing this free IRCd to the public under the GNU GPL.
