Mermaid Meeting is Peer to Peer Software for text, audio, video, and screen sharing meetings. With it, the vendor states that you can create your own private network on the LAN/WAN. There is no server; you can install it on two computers to get started.
The software is free, non-expiring, and fully functional; it is supported by an ad banner at the top. To use: Install .NET Runtime 3; install the program; and restart the computer.
ID/Password is common between all the participants of your network and the userID is specific to every user.
