Click2Call provides a way for site visitors to place Internet calls to the organization via a clickable button on their Web site.
The organization just adds a button for Click2Call on the organization's web site, and the user will have an immediate, and free, voice connection to the organization; which can be the help desk, customer support, order desk, or any other voice link desired. Click2Call provides the VoIP infrastructure, firewall tunnelling for the voice traffic, and the free (over the Internet) call (for both the user and the organization no toll free charges).
Future planned enhancements to the service include the ability to share documents and forms within the same session, allowing the organization's people to jointly fill in forms, documents, orders, or any other online activity, together, with both parties seeing onlline the completion of the transaction while being able to talk at the same time.
