Dialpad Access is a VoIP phone platform which, when integrated into a hardware device, turns any telephone into an IP phone. Dialpad expects broadband providers to begin offering Dialpad Access-enabled devices this summer.

Consumers simply plug their Dialpad Access-enabled product into a standard telephone and their broadband service, and immediately begin enjoying the benefits and low cost of IP telephony. Dialpad Access solutions include domestic and worldwide termination, as well as calling plans, billing solutions, value-added services, hosting and support options. Dialpad's network agnostic architecture allows calls to be routed over a specific broadband service provider's gateway, or select from numerous redundant networks. Dynamic call routing enables customers to identify the metric most important to them, including least-cost or best Quality of Service (QOS).
