NuSphere PhpED

NuSphere PhpED IDE is an integrated development environment intended mostly for building database-driven Web-applications using the PHP scripting language; though other languages such as HTML, XML, and CSS are also supported. PhpED is a code editor, PHP debugger, profiler and publisher all-in-one. It also includes integrated database and CVS clients, SOAP services, HTML validator and code formatter tools, terminal support and more.
