Included in ITDocs-to-go!'s first product release, "WebDocs," is a complete Web project document set that includes: Creative, editorial, navigation and project briefs, Sample RFP (Request for Proposal) forms, Functional Specification, Detailed Site Specification, Web Site Inquiry Questionnaire, E-Commerce Web Site Questionnaire and a Glossary of Terms.

This product set combines all the core documents for an entire Web-based project. Included are questionnaires that help the team define the requirements. The hardest part of documentation is knowing exactly what to document and what questions to ask. That's what WebDocs is all about. ITDocs-to-Go! has accumulated over 30 years of experience doing IT and Web-related projects learning which questions need to be asked. The hardest part of documentation has already been done with WebDocs. All you have to do is fill in the blanks.

The documents are delivered in Microsoft Word format making customization and enhancement easy. They are an inexpensive way to complete the documentation no one really wants to do. A sample RFP is included to assist any company wanting to create new Web offerings. Future releases will include disaster planning and recovery strategies for small and medium companies.
