Alliance Software Engineering offers tools targeted to .NET developers. Among their current offerings:
Licensing .Net Pro is a 100% .NET platform for licensing controls and applications written with any language designed for the .NET Framework (C#, VB.NET, etc.). It is currently available for .NET Framework 1.1/2.0 and uses 2 different licensing schemas: Licensing by issue license file, and Licensing by encrypted license keys.
Main features:
- License file and unlock key encryption
- Allows you to create different license types using 17 different validators and an unlimited number of the custom fields.
- Custom license fields allow you to store any additional information in the license file, so you can lock/unlock some features of your product, or make some additional tests to validate a license
- Component/Control licensing
- Manco.Licensing System allows you create evaluation version of your product that is limited by running time (you can set expiration date or number of days before license expiration), number of runs or some features of the product
- Manco.Licensing system uses RSA encryption to sign license files
- Use RSA encrypted unlock keys to activate your application or control
- Manco.Licensing System allows you to encrypt key application data or source code with separate parameters and keys (not the same ones that are used to encrypt/decrypt license) using functionality provided by Manco.LicenseGenerator. Then encryption parameters and keys are included into the license file as custom values. You can include encrypted data and source code into your project and then decrypt, compile and load them into memory in runtime using functionality provided by Manco.Licensing.License class. After that this compiled code can be used in the application or control.
- Source code integration
- License generator
Chart Component .NET is a charting component used to create 3D and 2D charts for desktop applications and Web pages using .NET technologies. 40 major chart types are supported, such as the traditional bar, line, and pie series, financial bars, Japanese candlesticks and others. Different chart types support multiple modes, meaning that dozens of different styles and types are available for developers.
Features include an integrated legend, multi-line headers and escaped labels, and use of the OpenGL graphics engine. .NET chart control can be used with any .NET desktop or Web application; chart configuration control and chart toolbar are intended for use with any .NET desktop application.
Chart Control .NET is written entirely in managed C#. All error handling reports are carried through .NET exception classes. Object-oriented design is created specifically for the .NET framework. The chart can be used with C#, VB.NET, and Managed C++ as well as other languages that use .NET Framework. 100% Unicode support is included.
The layout (titles, fonts, colors, labels escapement, etc.) and data are defined in a single XML document; so you can manage the style of your chart by changing the values of the corresponding attribute. If your application uses XML to represent application data (ADO.NET DataSet is seamless, because you can get its data as XML), then you can use XSL transformation to prepare the chart document from your data.
A chart library provides the Chart Parameters control that allows you to change all parts of the chart layout by using a single form.
