The company also provides Bloomberg Converter, which offers conversion and import capabilities for retention and management of Bloomberg Mail in its Message Archiver; E-mail with POP, IMAP, and Webmail access; E-mail spam & virus filtering; E-mail continuity, which provides a secondary, continuous Webmail system for E-mail continuity in the event of a disruption of the clients' Exchange/in-house primary mail servers; IM interpreter, which facilitates the secure capture of instant messages by the Message Archiver; and data import and migration products.

Target markets include the financial services industry, including broker-dealers/exchange members, investment advisors, hedge funds, investment dealers, and futures and transfer agents; public and global companies; law firms; and healthcare organizations.
