Navicat

Navicat MySQL GUI provides functionality for managing and developing a MySQL database. The interface enables users to manage multiple databases on local or remote MySQL servers. Major features include data backup/restore, database transfer from server to server, import data from ODBC, SQL console, view builder and data synchronization. It also has wizards for various administration tasks and a migration toolkit to convert Access, Excel, XML and HTML data or other data formats to and from MySQL.

Other features include a Report Builder to help you build various reports from your MySQL database, a built-in Visual Query Builder, a graphical manager for setting the users and access privileges, and a scheduler to schedule different tasks such as backup/restore and data transfer, etc.

In addition to this Windows version, Navicat is also available for Mac OS X and Linux; and is translated into 6 major languages. A trial version is available.
