OmBelt Database Tools

OmBelt Solutions offers a collection of single-function database utilities, available separately, to perform typical database activities such as exporting and copying data. All include wizard-based interfaces. Among their current entries are:

- Copy Table for SQL Server is a copy function that allows you to create a copy of a selected table (schema and data) to another database or Microsoft SQL server. Options include rows selection or "identity copy mode." This utility is targeted to database developers, performance tuners and database administrators to create a second copy of a table. The program has built-in and online help.

- Export Table to Excel for SQL Server helps to save a table's data to an Excel spreadsheet. All "modern" versions of Microsoft SQL Server and all versions of Microsoft Excel are supported.

- Export Table to SQL for SQL server helps to save a table's data as a set of INSERT SQL statements with an optional CREATE TABLE statement. Predefined or custom separators like "go" and two identity support modesare among the product's options.

- Export Table to Text for SQL Server helps to save a table's data to a text file. The program supports delimited or fixed length formats. All "modern" versions of Microsoft SQL Server are supported.

- Export Table to Excel for IBM DB2 helps to save a table's data to an Excel spreadsheet. All "modern" versions of IBM DB2 and all versions of Microsoft Excel are supported. The Pro version includes command line support.

- Export Table to Text for IBM DB2 helps to save a table's data to text file. The program supports delimited or fixed length formats. All "modern" versions of IBM DB2 are supported.

- Export Table to Text for Microsoft Access helps to save a table's data to text file. The program supports delimited or fixed length formats. All "modern" versions of Microsoft Access are supported.

- Export Table to Excel for Microsoft Access helps to save a table's data to an Excel spreadsheet. All "modern" versions of Microsoft Access and all versions of Microsoft Excel are supported. The Pro version includes command line support.

- Export Table to XML for Oracle helps to save a table's data as an XML document. All "modern" Oracle database server versions are supported. The Pro version includes command line support.

- Import Table from Excel to Oracle Server helps to load data from Excel spreadsheet. All "modern" versions of the Oracle Server and all versions of Microsoft Excel are supported. The Pro version includes command line support.
