Report Viewer for Crystal Reports

Report Viewer is a Crystal Reports viewer. It provides the ability to save when deploying Crystal Reports.

The Report Viewer allows users to refresh or run reports with current data, provided the PC/computer is configured to access the data source. One may use the software to view multiple reports at once with tabbed reporting. Reports with saved data may be loaded and viewed. The Report Viewer allows one to export and save to disk or E-mail reports as PDF, Excel, Word, RTF, XML and HTML files. The software includes a formula editor.

The vendor states that the product is customizable (you may disable unwanted features), and will work with any database.

Reports can be stored in a tree view, a list view, and they are available in a drop down box for selection while viewing another report. One can sort and organize the reports.

The program is free to try. The Report Viewer supports Crystal Reports 2008 version 12, Crystal Reports XI version 11.5 and 11, Crystal Reports 10, Crystal Reports 9, and Crystal Reports 8.5.
