ATG Speedster

The ATG Speedster line from Avalon Technology Group are 8 GB USB flash drives that are encased in a stainless steel enclosure. The drives feature a swivel design in which the USB connector "swings" out from the casing for plugging into the host computer.

Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X are listed as supported.

Features of the drives include:

- 256-bit AES Encryption

- 34 MB/sec read and 20 MB/sec write speeds

Two Speedsters are currently available from the vendor. The original Speedster, as described above; and the new ATG 8GB USB Biometric 256 AES Speedster, which adds biometric identification capabilities.

Suggested retail pricing for the devices is $79 and $119.
