iGrafx Process 2003

Corel Corporation has announced the availability of iGrafx Process 2003, a software tool for visualizing, simulating, and analyzing service, manufacturing and transactional business processes. iGrafx Process 2003 lets users develop EPM models through a graphical interface, and then simulate potential outcomes.

New features in Process 2003 include a cause-and-effect tool, new simulation attributes, improved interface, increased accuracy for random number generation, cursor-over pop-up notes, many real-life examples of process simulation and analysis methodology, and virtual "plug-and-play" meters that can be inserted at any point in a process to monitor specific conditions. When used in conjunction with iGrafx Process Central 2003, process improvements are easily shared across the organization, helping to transform the organization's disparate directories of documents, data and process knowledge into manageable, structured business documents accessible to all who need them.

Also now available is iGrafx Process 2003 for Six Sigma.

Six Sigma is a results-based methodology companies use to identify and eliminate the root causes of poor quality in business processes. Six Sigma can be applied in all areas of a company, from its receivables department to the manufacturing floor, and even its service centers such as its customer call center.

iGrafx Process 2003 is available immediately at the suggested retail price of US $995. Registered customers of iGrafx Process may upgrade at the suggested retail price of US $495.

Corel iGrafx Process 2003 for Six Sigma is also available immediately, at the suggested retail price of US $1,495. Registered customers of iGrafx Process 2003 for Six Sigma 2000 may upgrade at the suggested retail price of US $695.
