HumanClick Pro

HumanClick Pro provides live, online, interactive customer service. Web operators can track and communicate with visitors from a small console window that opens when a visitor clicks an icon to ask for help.

The current version supports text chat and the ability to "push" pages and images to a visitor and to initiate chat sessions. Icons resident on the Web operator's pages can be designed to fit the site's graphic appearance. Arrival of visitors to a site is signalled by a small bell tone at the operator's computer. HumanClick Pro also displays the visitor's prior history as a customer once the URL is recognized.
