AnswerTrack is a comprehensive solution for businesses that need to track, route, measure, and manage E-Mail communications with external or internal customers. Most commonly, AnswerTrack is used to track inbound customer E-Mail to support@company.com, sales@company.com, and info@company.com addresses.
AnswerTrack listens on port 25 for inbound E-Mail. You track E-Mail accounts or aliases by forwarding them to the AnswerTrack Server for processing. Either Microsoft Access or SQL Server 7/2000 on the backend is used to store all settings and message archives.
AnswerTrack comes complete with a customizable ASP-based Web interface that runs on a Microsoft IIS Web server. The Web interface features full administration, both an internal and a public KnowledgeBase, a public HelpDesk, an internal Call Center interface, a FAQs list with user feedback system, and much more.
AnswerTrack Server comes in 3 editions:
AnswerTrack Enterprise Server - US$2,995 - 10 Agent seats included, unlimited mailboxes and clients (businesses), unlimited customers, fully brandable, resalable to other business clients so that ISPs/ASPs can use it as a significant profit center.
AnswerTrack Professional Server - US$495 - 5 Agent seats included, up to 10 mailboxes, limited to 1 Client, unlimited customers, fully brandable, perfect for internal use by small to medium-sized businesses.
AnswerTrack Lite Server - Free - All the great features of Enterprise and Professions, except limited to 2 Agents, 3 Mailboxes, and 1 Client, and it's not brandable. Unlike many eval versions, AnswerTrack Lite has no expiration date, to make full evaluation both cost-free and pressure-free.
Additional Agent seats may be purchased for Enterprise and Professional. They are priced between $20 and $100 per seat, depending on volume purchased.
