ArticSoft ContentAssurity

ContentAssurity enables you to protect and sign content (text, images, etc.) that you can cut and paste to and from any application. You can protect and sign all of a document, spreadsheet, etc., or just parts of it. You can protect different paragraphs, cells, words, or letters with different protection keys and different signatures ensuring full flexibility (you can send the same message to multiple people but only let specific people see the parts relevant to them).

By signing content you can identify which individual originated a piece of information in a document, spreadsheet, etc. ContentAssurity supports multiple signatures--multiple people can sign the same section of content. ContentAssurity provides a signature management hierarchy, verifying each signature in the order the content was signed. ContentAssurity protects your content using a high strength industry standard encryption algorithm. You can protect content for individuals or for groups of users.

ContentAssurity is independent of applications (not a plug-in) and therefore works with any application. You can protect and sign content for use in any application that you or your recipients work with. You can send and receive content no matter what application each party is using.

You can just sign content, protect it, or sign and protect it. Protect and sign content that you have copied to or created in ContentAssurity and then paste it into any application. Select a protection key, a signing key, or both, and press the 'Secure' icon. To unprotect or verify content just paste the protected/signed content into ContentAssurity. ContentAssurity automatically works out what keys have been used and unprotects and verifies the content accordingly.

Free Reader software is available for recipients who just want to verify/unprotect text.
