Drawing on a central server, a digital asset repository and Internet connectivity, Agilis Media Producer provides browser-based, agile assembly of ads and other marketing materials. Most often used by corporations with national or international presence, Agilis enables local assembly of market-relevant content, helps protect brand integrity, enables instantaneous speed-to-market and greatly reduces distribution costs.
Agilis involves three components:
The Agilis Toolkit, most often managed by a production artist, enables control of user administration, image and layout management, database management and composition of agile media templates that local marketers will customize.
The enterprise-level Agilis Server stores, manages and delivers agile media content based on the instructions provided through Toolkit. It also processes end-user requests, documents system utilization and prepares and delivers print-ready files to end users.
The Agilis Compiler is the browser-based, end user interface. Using Compiler, a local marketer opens a Web browser, selects graphics and text, enters local market information (this optionally can be set to auto populate) and requests to download the file, submit it for approval and/or complete a job order ticket that will accompany the file.
Agile media technology solutions from Saepio are available as enterprise-level server solutions (Sun/Solaris) and as ASP solutions for large, mid-size and small operations. Individuals can demo Agilis Compiler at the Saepio Web site.
