Alexsys Team 2 is collaborative task and project management software for Windows and the Web, and automates task management and work processes for any kind of business.

Users can record work requests to track assignments such as action items, product features, project tasks, defects, help desk calls and compliance tracking. Alexsys Team 2 helps organizations collaborate, manage projects using milestones, create personal work lists, and analyze/balance workloads. It includes a customizable database and data entry forms, sorts and filters, E-mail notifications, automatic escalations, group access control, spell checker, integration with Microsoft Outlook, and time recording.

Alexsys Team 2 comes with its own internal database and also works with Microsoft SQL, Oracle, and MySQL Servers. This software package includes Alexsys Team 2 for Windows, Team-Web to access Team from the Web, and Team WebEntry to allow non-Team users to enter requests via the Web.

The vendor states that features of the latest version include faster performance, unlimited flags/discuss notes, custom schema, Long Text fields, enhanced duplicate and enhanced security.
