Time Meter

Time Meter by Maximus Software is a time and expenses tracking and reporting tool for Microsoft Outlook. It is an expansion module for Outlook that allows systematizing current projects, timelines, hourly rates and employees' assignments based on a live time and expenses tracking model that enables automatic calculation of HR costs involved.

The vendor states that with Time Meter it is possible to organize a complete project life-cycle by assigning staff to certain activities, and setting hourly rates and overdue multipliers. Upon completion of a project (or at any other time) it is possible to generate reports on the job. Time Meter offers statistics, automated expenses calculation, customizable reports, an Outlook-style interface and integration with the entire Microsoft Office suite.
