Enterprise Printer Monitor

Enterprise printer monitor software monitors and controls the printing activity of printers over a network in your company. The software automatically detects the printers connected in the network, whether it is under sharing or not. It lists the computer name, the user id from where a print command is raised, the date and time when the print was taken, the size of the paper, the print quality (high/low), the document name, the number of pages and the number of copies printed, and its status (like printed, printing, resume, cancelled, etc.).

The software allows the administrator to control users from raising print commands either individually or as a group. You can receive mail notification as to when a print job is started, paused, deleted, resumed and finished.

Other features include:

- Search through print job histories and restricted jobs

- View the content of print jobs raised by any user

- Generate crystal reports/graphical reports on each printer, machine, user, cross tab, rank based, restriction analysis, task analysis, time analysis, etc. and export report data to XML and CSV formats
