HTTProtect

HTTProtect protects Web servers using OmniSecure's patented VPDisk technology. The difference between this product and products like intrusion detection is that the protection is in realtime.

By deploying HTTProtect, you can encrypt all Internet collected data in realtime. This improves privacy protection for your customers by preventing unauthorized intruders from viewing their personal and financial data. Even intruders, including sys admins, who have gained superuser access do not have the capability to read the data. Unlike other competing offerings, data readability is not associated with UID, rather it is only readable by users with the proper keys.

Other features include realtime protection of unencrypted Web site data by authenticating using strong encryption. This functionality can be used against defacement, trojan horses, system file alteration, configuration file alteration, log file alteration, and hostile programs and scripts. Remote secure encrypted data sharing over the Internet for immediate data processing is also supported.

HTTProtect supports industry standard ciphers--DES, 3DES, Blowfish, RC4 and AES. There is no modification required on your Web server application or scripts. Virtual domains are also supported.
