Anonymizer Inc. has announced an all-in-one product for protection against malicious code, phishing scams, pharming threats, evil twin attacks, hidden spyware, adware, privacy-invading tracking bugs, dialers, browser hijacking, keyloggers, system monitors, remote control programs, and more. The new identity-protection console is being released along with major versions of Anonymizer Anonymous Surfing and Anonymizer Anti-Spyware and will provide centralized administration.
New features in Anonymous Surfing include:

- Prevention mechanisms that keep users from accidentally visiting known phishing and pharming sites
- Privacy news alerts that keep users informed about the latest Internet threats
Anonymous Surfing provides IP address shielding through patent-pending processes. In addition, it provides Wi-Fi data security, inherent pharming security, and 128-bit SSL encryption that further secures users by creating a virtual tunnel from their PCs to the Anonymizer identity protection network.
Anonymizer Anti-Spyware includes the following capabilities:
- Proactive detection that stops spyware and adware before it downloads to the user's PCs, through the real-time ActiveX Shield
- Real-time scanning to identify and eliminate unwanted and malicious applications, including entries in the Windows Registry and other areas where programs leave remnants
- Database that regularly updates spyware definition files within minutes
The Anonymizer identity-protection console ships free with each software module, which sell for $29.95 each (annual subscription).
